Pink Sunrise Smoothie Bowl
Hey lovelies, I’ve finally gotten round to editing these photos, so I decided not to add it to my never ending to do list, but instead, to just quickly upload the recipe on my blog. So I’m going to keep it quick and simple. It’s a very easy recipe which requires minimal ingredients and 5 minutes of your time. Here we go.
Coconut milk/any other alternative milk
How to prepare - serves 2
The night before slice a few ripe bananas and chuck them in the freezer. I’m assuming everyone buys their berries already frozen, so make sure they stay frozen too.
Throw 1 cup of banana and 1 cup of berries with 1/2 cup of milk in a good blender. I say a good pleader because I’ve broken a few and tested really bad blenders that simply aren’t capable of coping. Start blending and keep adding milk as and when necessary to make the mixture nice and soft.
Pour the blended fruit into 2 bowls.
Top them up with frozen berries, granola and peanut butter.
