Black sesame banana smoothie bowl recipe - VIDEO

Heya beauties. Just a quick one today. I’ve finally revived my YouTube channel after a year and a half of not being on it. Life, travel, baby and business got in the way so I didn’t manage to update it for a long time. So finally we’ve managed to stop in an apartment for 10 days in between escapes and guess what? IT HAS A BLENDER. Now if you know me, you’ll know how much me and Malia love making smoothie bowls together. As soon as that blender goes off, she knows it’s PARTY TIME!!!

  • 4 frozen bananas (prepare the day before and put in the freezer)

  • 1/2 fresh mango

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk or any other milk/ can even add yoghurt

  • 2tbs grounded sesame seeds/ add charcoal for an extra dark smoothie bowl (I have none out here in Thailand).


  • Chocolate granola

  • Shredded coconut

  • Black sesame seeds
